Information on the Acquisition of a Work of Art
Price of Works of Art
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD), and applicable taxes will be added at the time of purchase.
Payment Options
One-Time Payment: Total amount due, plus taxes and delivery fees, if applicable.
Payment Plan Agreement: Payments will be automatically debited according to the chosen frequency. The works will remain the property of the artist until full payment is received.
Receiving the Works
The works remain the property of the artist until full payment is made.
Receiving Options:
Pick-Up: Artorks can be collected at the end of the Ancrage exhibition, by appointment, between November 11 and November 17, 2024. A time slot will be communicated to you.
Final Payment: Works can also be picked up upon final payment for clients who opted for a payment plan.
Local Delivery: Available by appointment, with additional fees.
Payment Methods During the Exhibition
Accepted: Debit, credit, cash, or online payment via maliciouz.com.
Interac transfers are not accepted.

Copyright and Use of Works
All copyright related to the works remains the property of the artist, MALICIOUZ. The purchase of a work does not transfer these rights to the client. Any commercial use, distribution, or exhibition of the works must be subject to a separate agreement between the client and the artist.
Copyright Information
Copyright includes, among other things, the right to reproduce, the right to represent, and the right to adapt the work.
Any commercial use or distribution (including reproductions, public exhibitions, etc.) requires prior written permission from the artist.
Copyrights are not included with the purchase of the work, and the artist reserves the right to use and reproduce their creations for promotional purposes or other uses.
Tax Benefits for Businesses
Purchased works of art may be considered business expenses. Businesses can deduct up to 50% of the purchase cost of artworks on their tax returns, subject to applicable conditions.
