Information on the Acquisition of an artwork

General Information

  •  The works are authentic creations signed MALICIOUZ

  •  At the time of purchase, the works are given to you with a certificate of authenticity 

  •  A payment receipt will be sent to you by email

  •  Prices are in Canadian currency 

  •  Taxes are applicable on the price indicated 

  • Copyright
    The artist retains his copyright on the artworks sold. For any commercial use, reproduction, publication, etc. a separate agreement must be concluded.
  • What are the payment methods ?
    - Cash - Payment by credit card via PayPal to the email info@maliciouz.com or via the link: https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/maliciouz

  • Shipping ?
    It is possible to opt for local delivery in Montreal. The painting will be delivered to you by appointment and at a fixed price of $30, taxes included. Customs fees may apply on international deliveries.
  • Can I pay in several installments?
    Yes. - It is paid by making 4 equal payments. - Payments are non-refundable. - The work will be reserved for you and you will be able to take possession of it at the time of the last payment at my workshop located in Montreal. - The work could be part of an exhibition in the meantime but will not be sold. Delivery: Fees are not included. The artist guarantees to keep the work in good condition. In the event of damage or loss of the work, your payments will be refunded.   • Can I put a layaway on a work?
    Yes. - It is possible to reserve a work by making a deposit. - A subsequent acquisition date will be set at the time of deposit and must be respected. The deposit is non-refundable. - If the date of the second payment is not respected and the buyer does not contact the artist within 7 days following this date to complete their second payment or set up an appointment, the work will unfortunately no longer be reserved and will be put back on sale.
  • Where to see and buy the works in person?
    It is possible to physically view the works at my workshop in Montreal by appointment. All you have to do is write to me and include the title(s) of the works that interest you so that I can make sure they are there during your visit :)

    MALICIOUZ is located in Montreal, Canada. Delivery time to Canada and the United States is 10 business days. Customs fees may apply on international deliveries.
